Educational Purpose

Tukusi is designed specifically for educational purposes. The application is offered as a gift to the Carib community.

Reservation of Rights and Ownership

All rights to this application, including but not limited to software, design, content, and intellectual property, are reserved by Yasakarï Productions.

This includes all code, graphics, user interface elements, audio files, text content, and any other materials incorporated into the Tukusi application. The Carib language audio recordings, pronunciation guides, and all visual elements including the Tukusi hummingbird logo are the exclusive property of Yasakarï Productions.

No part of this application may be reproduced, distributed, extracted, or transmitted in any form without explicit written permission from Yasakarï Productions.

Personal Use Only

This application is solely for personal use. Commercial use, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.

You may not:

• Use this application for commercial purposes
• Redistribute or resell the application
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Use the application's content in other applications or services

Updates and Enhancements

Any updates, enhancements, new features, or modifications to this application are subject to this agreement. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the application at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications or updates to this terms page.

Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yasakarï Productions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

In no event shall Yasakarï Productions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of use, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the application.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Tukusi, you agree to:

• Use the application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the application
• Not interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
• Not use the application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Yasakarï Productions

Termination

These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy all copies in your possession.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the application shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yasakarï Productions regarding your use of the Tukusi application and supersede any prior agreements.
